By downloading, installing, or using Sajest ("the software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the software.

Sajest is an desktop application that provides AI-powered assistance during meetings, and professional scenarios. It analyzes screenshots and audio to deliver real-time guidance.

You agree to use Sajest only in ways that are lawful and ethical. You must not:

• Use Sajest in assessments where AI assistance is explicitly prohibited.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the software for malicious purposes.
• Use the service to process personal data of third parties without consent.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or payment requirements.

Ethical use notice: Sajest is designed for session preparation and professional development. Always check the rules of any session you participate in. Using AI assistance where it is not permitted is your sole responsibility.

You may sign in using Google OAuth. Your account stores your purchased session credits and metadata. Credits are non-refundable once consumed. Unused credits do not expire.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent payment activity.

Paid sessions are processed by Polar.sh. By making a purchase you agree to Polar's terms of service. Sajest does not handle or store payment card information. All pricing is displayed in USD and INR at checkout. Taxes may apply based on your jurisdiction and are calculated by Polar at checkout.

Sajest is released under the ISC License. You are free to use, copy, modify, and distribute the source code in accordance with the license. The Sajest name, logo, and branding are not covered by the open-source license and may not be used to represent derivative works without permission.

Sajest is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees regarding uptime, accuracy of AI responses, compatibility with all systems, or fitness for any particular purpose. AI-generated content should always be reviewed before use.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sajest and its maintainers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the software, including but not limited to lost employment opportunities, failed assessments, or data loss.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Sajest after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
