Terms of Service

By downloading, installing or using Sajest ("the software") or buying a plan or session pack, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the software.

Sajest is a desktop application for macOS and Windows that provides AI assistance during meetings and other professional conversations. It transcribes the conversation live and suggests answers from your spoken or typed questions, your screen and documents you choose. A session lasts up to 60 minutes and ends automatically when its time runs out.

You agree to use Sajest lawfully and ethically. You must not:

• Record or transcribe a conversation without any consent the law requires from the other participants.
• Use Sajest in an interview, exam or assessment where AI assistance is prohibited.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or modify the software for malicious purposes.
• Circumvent session limits, rate limits or payment, including by creating accounts to reuse the complimentary session or to earn referral rewards.

Your responsibility: check the rules of any conversation, interview or assessment before using Sajest in it. AI suggestions can be wrong; review them before relying on them.

You sign in with Google. Each new account includes one complimentary 60-minute session. Starting a session uses one session from your balance: your monthly plan allowance first, then purchased credits.

Session packs are one-time purchases. Their credits never expire and are non-refundable once used.

Monthly plans renew automatically each month until you cancel. Each paid period includes a set number of sessions; unused sessions do not roll over. You can cancel anytime in the billing portal, and you keep your remaining sessions until the end of the period you paid for. If you upgrade mid-period, the extra sessions are added straight away.

You must cancel an active plan before deleting your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or are involved in fraudulent payments.

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, and by paying you also agree to its terms. Sajest never handles your card details. The final price, currency and any taxes are shown at checkout before you pay.

If a payment is refunded or reversed, we remove the unused credits it granted, and a refunded subscription payment pauses that plan. Credits already used are not taken from other purchases.

When someone signs up with your referral code, you and they each earn one free session after their first payment. Approved affiliates earn commission on session packs their referrals buy and on a referred customer's first monthly-plan payment, as described on the affiliate page. Rewards and commission are reversed if the payment that earned them is refunded or charged back, and may be withheld where we find abuse.

Sajest, its source code, product design, name, logo and branding are owned by Sajest and its licensors. Except where a separate written licence explicitly allows it, you may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works from the software.

Sajest is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees about uptime, transcription or AI accuracy, compatibility with every system, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sajest and its maintainers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the software, including lost opportunities, failed assessments or data loss.

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Continuing to use Sajest after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms.
